Why this training, in 2026

An assistant for today.

Your client runs a business. They have no time to become an AI expert. They need someone who knows AI well, and translates for them.

AI executes.

  • The first draft of a report, meeting notes, a proposal
  • Summaries, filing, transcripts
  • Follow-ups and repetitive tasks
  • Preparing a prospecting call

You steer.

  • You understand what your client wants
  • You write the right prompt
  • You check every output, and you fix it
  • You decide, you send, you answer to the client

Between AI and your client, a human has to translate. I teach you to be that human.

AI modules · shared by both programmes

AI modules: today's techniques

On video, from week 1. After that, AI comes back every week, applied to the document you hand in.

  1. Choose and set up your tools

One tool per task, your choice. You learn to set it up for your work.

  2. Write prompts that work

You leave with tested prompts, ready to reuse with every client.

  3. Automate what repeats

Follow-ups, meeting notes, filing: you automate, and you stay in control.

  4. Prospect with AI

Prepare a call from a prospect's website. Test different ways to word your offer.

  5. Translate for the business owner

Their request becomes a prompt. The AI's answer becomes a clear decision.

  6. Stay up to date

Tools change fast. The live masterclasses keep you up to date with what is new.

Three rules, set from week 1

  1. Client data is anonymised before it goes into any AI.
  2. Every AI output is checked.
  3. You are the one who answers to the client.

Live

Live masterclasses, all through the programme

To keep up with what is new in AI and ask your questions, live with Maëlle.

Before you sign up, the intro masterclass is free: every Tuesday at 7 pm, from November 2026.

A sprint is a 4-week block. Each one ends with a corrected document and a review.

  1. Every weekYour videos, and a document to hand in, prepared with AI.
  2. With other studentsA student group, to share and move forward together.
  3. Along the wayYour documents are corrected in writing within 3 working days.
  4. One to one2 or 3 one-to-one sessions, depending on the programme.
  5. At the endYou present your work out loud: this is your final presentation.
  6. At the end of each sprintYou can stop. You only pay for the sprints you start.

Three documents you will learn to produce

The method has 5 steps. Each document serves one of them. AI writes the first draft, you make it right.

  1. Scope
  2. Plan
  3. Execute
  4. Track
  5. Close
  • Step 1 · Scope

The project charter, on one page

    Template, fictional example.

    Why
Put the new catalogue online before the end of the quarter.
    In scope
    Text, photos, layout.
    Out of scope
    Translation.
    Success means
The CEO approves the catalogue and it goes online on the planned date.
    Constraints
Budget fixed at the start, only one person available on the client side.
    Who decides, who does
The CEO decides, the agency delivers, the coordinator follows up.

AI writes the first draft from the transcript of the scoping call. You correct it and get it approved.

  • Step 4 · Track

    The weekly weather report

    Template, fictional example.

    • Overall: cloudy. The schedule holds, one supplier is running late.
    • Content: sunny. Text delivered and proofread.
    • Visuals: cloudy. Photos expected, follow-up sent on Tuesday.
    • Go-live: stormy. Date to review if the photos slip again.
    • To decide: which printer, by Thursday.

AI drafts it from the task board. You proofread it and send it.

  • Step 4 · Track

    The project dashboard

Template, fictional values. Swipe the table to see it all.

Your questions

How does the training work?

Online: over 20 hours of video across the two programmes, at your own pace. Regular live masterclasses on what is new in AI and on your questions. Your documents are corrected in writing.

What is an OBM?

OBM stands for Online Business Manager. It is a freelance coordinator who runs their clients' projects remotely.

Which programme is right for me?

Freelance Assistant: 1 year of experience in admin, assistant work, management or projects, or a degree in this field. Project Coordinator: freelance for 6 months with an active client, or 5 years of coordination and a real project. The quiz tells you in 2 minutes.

Do I need to know AI already?

No. The AI modules start with choosing and setting up your tools. Then you use AI every week on your own documents.

Will AI replace assistants?

It moves the value towards coordination and steering: that is what both programmes are about. Between AI and the business owner, there has to be a human who translates, checks and answers to them.

How much time a week?

4–5 hours (Freelance Assistant), 5 hours (Project Coordinator): your videos and your document to hand in.

How does payment work?

Nothing is charged during your 14-day cooling-off period. After that, one payment per sprint, so every 4 weeks. You can stop at the end of each sprint.

Can French public training funds pay for it?

Not in 2026-2027. If your company pays, a training agreement is possible.

Will I find clients?

Nobody can promise you that, and I don't. I teach you today's techniques for prospecting, AI included. You leave with an offer, rates you can justify, a method, corrected work and an action plan.

Is this job only for women?

No. The training is open to everyone.
