OBM training: become a freelance project coordinator

OBM stands for Online Business Manager: a freelance coordinator who runs her clients' projects remotely.

In 12 weeks, you run a real project from start to finish: scoping, planning, risks, tracking, closing. You leave with your own coordination system and a coordination offer ready to pitch. Every deliverable is marked. AI executes. You steer.

Today's AI techniques, to steer your projects

  • Choose and set up your tools
  • Write prompts that work
  • Automate what repeats
  • Prospect with AI
  • Translate for the business owner
  • Keep up with the masterclasses

Shared by both programmes. Then, every week, the line tells you what AI prepares. You check, you decide.

Three rules from week 1. Client data is anonymised before any AI. Every output is checked. You are the one who answers to the client. The modules in detail
